Jean Yuzheng Zhang (she/they) is a Global Talent Visa holder in the UK, a self-taught visual artist in fine art photography, a photographer in music/celebrity/fashion, etc. She is a multipotentialite - a human with many talents, interests and creative pursuits.
She received Global Talent recognition from Arts Council England in April 2024, sold out her debut solo photography exhibition at the Alchemy Experiment Gallery in Sept 2023, was nominated for Scottish Portrait Awards 2023, and one of her works was featured as LensCulture Editor's Pick 2023.
As a commercial photographer, she specialises in music (live music performances, creative direction, artworks etc.), portraits of celebrities, public figures, artists and professionals, and fashion photography. One of her roles is as a photographer for the world-class award-winning artist RAYE. Jean has made the body of works in Royal Abert Hall, Brit Awards 2024 and O2 Arena London with RAYE. Her works are featured in British Vogue, Rolling Stone, NME, The Standard, and The Independent, among others. Jean started building her photography career and taking her career break from design researcher and service designer in healthcare in 2022.
